How We Treat
-
Phase 1: Pain Relief
We focus on identifying the root cause of your pain to provide the lasting relief you’ve been seeking. By using natural, non-invasive techniques to extinguish the source of discomfort, we pave the way for your journey to recovery.
-
Phase 2: Rebuilding & Restoring
Reducing your pain opens a window of opportunity for us to restore lost function or teach you new movement patterns. We focus on enhancing your mobility and stability, ensuring your body works as a unified whole, enabling you to make significant and lasting changes.
-
Phase 3: Strength & Performance
This is where lasting gains are achieved. We fine-tune our treatments to help you return to your activities pain-free. Your goals take center stage in this phase, and we customize exercises to align with them, solidifying everything we’ve worked on to minimize the risk of re-injury.
Our Treatments
-
Chiropractic Adjustment
Yes we adjust, but it is only a small part of what we do. We mainly use an adjustment to improve mobility of the joints and to provide temporary pain relief.
-
Myofascial Release
Myofascial release is a hands-on soft tissue therapy that targets and alleviates tension in the connective tissues (fascia) and muscles to reduce pain and restore mobility.
-
Functional Rehabilitation
Our bread and butter. This is where the magic happens. Every rehab exercise is selected for your specific diagnosis to not only get you out of pain, but to improve your mobility, stability and strength.
-
Strength Training
This is what keeps you out of pain. This is where we get you stronger and performing better for any of life’s challenges.
-
Joint Mobilizations
We offer specific joint mobilization to improve motion at a specific area of the body. When done appropriately, it should vastly help improve your pain levels.
-
Dermal Traction
The site of your pain could have a cutaneous nerve component to it. This technique helps reduce your pain by giving the nerves under the fascia more room to “breathe”.
-
Fascial Manipulation
Fascial manipulation is a manual therapy that aims to restore movement and reduce pain by targeting and mobilizing specific points within the fascial system.
-
Cupping Therapy
Cupping helps improve circulation, reduce tension and also helps promote healing. We offer dynamic cupping to make certain movents more tolerable.
-
Instrument Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilization (IASTM)
(IASTM) uses specialized tools to detect and treat soft tissue dysfunction, improving mobility and reducing pain.
What We Treat

-
Neck Pain
Experiencing stiffness or sharp pain when moving your head or neck? Neck pain is never ideal, and often it’s a result of the neck bearing the load for other parts of the body that aren’t functioning properly.
-
Shoulder Pain
Experiencing shoulder pain with overhead movements or sharp pain every time you reach for something? We can help. Our expertise covers rotator cuff tears, shoulder impingement, labral tears, and more.
